Cherry Blossom Party with members of the Tokyo Full Gospel Church-English Service
Forget about the premature hanami (enjoying the beauty of flowers). Two weeks, I went for a second hanami, where flowers were in full bloom. This event was organized by the English Service group of the Tokyo Full Gospel Church. Apart from enjoying the beauty of the flowers, we had a wonderful time of eating together. Unfortunately, most of photos cannot be viewed properly. Nevertheless, here are some of the good ones. Enjoy!
Premature hanami but no complaints
Last Saturday, I went to the Ookayama Campus of Tokyo Institute of Technology for hanami, a Japanese traditional custom of enjoying the beauty of flowers, with my lab mates and professors. Even though the flowers were not yet in full bloom, I enjoyed the day. Here are some of the photos:

The African Festival Yokohama 2009!
If you are based in the Kanto area or even beyond and you have never been to Africa, then you do not have to worry because this weekend, Africa is being brought to your doorstep!
